TATTOO FAQs

PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING ME ︎

UPDATED JULY 2022.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

A: I am still learning and I'm adjusting my rates to reflect this. Most of my flash pieces range between $120-180 including tax. My appointment minimum at the moment is $120.

Once you've chosen your piece(s) during the appointment, I will give you an estimate of what the total will be. If you have a budget, please let me know and we can figure out the right piece, size and placement to stay within your budget.

Q: HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

A:  Please note that I am only booking 4 weeks in advance. I will open my books at the end of each month and sometimes via instagram stories for last minute openings.

If my instagram bio shows that my books are open or you see a story with open spots, please shoot me a DM letting me know you have read my FAQs and I will get back to you as soon as possible with a booking link.

Q: DO YOU DO CUSTOM TATTOOS?

A: I do not, I work fairly strictly from my flash. All flash is drawn by me and it is non-repeatable. I love tattooing my flash because they are pieces that speak to me and I feel 100% connected to them. I upload a few flash pieces to my instagram every other day, there is more flash to look through here as well as in person, the day of your appointment.

Q: CAN I CHOOSE A FLASH PIECE BEFORE BOOKING?

A:
I love to draw and I add pieces to my flash almost daily. I believe in, and value spontaneity when it comes to getting tattoos, therefore I ask you not to request specific flash pieces in advance. Instead I will ask you to take a look at the available flash a few days before your appointment and have a couple pieces in mind.

No pressure though, you’ll have time to look through the flash the day of. If you would really like something that has already been taken, I am open to making small variations.

Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

A: I work out of a private studio in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Both my tattoo studio and I are licensed in the state of Washington. I will share the exact address and directions in the confirmation email 2 days prior to our appointment.

Q: CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME AND A FRIEND?

A: Yes! I really enjoy doing friends/couples tattoo sessions. Please let me know in advance if you’d like to schedule a session for you and someone else and I will try to find a time to accomodate both of you.

Q: WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

A: I use Triple Black Ink from Dynamic Color which is vegan and not tested on animals. I use Bio-based needle cartridges from Black Claw.

Most of my single-use supplies (ink caps, machine bags, gloves and barriers are compostable). I am working everyday to reduce the amount of plastic waste in my practice.

Q: DO YOU OFFER HAND POKED TATTOOS?

A: I am currently focusing on machine tattoos since I want to eventually work on larger pieces and this will allow me to do so in the future. There may be times when a particular element in your tattoo will be handpoked but 99% of the times I will use a tattoo machine.

Q: CAN I HAVE YOUR WORK TATTOOED BY SOMEONE ELSE?

A: Since I only tattoo things once, it is my promise to my clients that they are getting a one-of-a-kind piece of art on their body forever. I would like to keep that promise.

If you like any of my work and can’t get tattooed by me, it is ok to work with another artist to create a new tattoo inspired by my drawings but not traced or copied exactly.
